Thank you for allowing us to live in grace as children of God today. My wife and I have never been interested in health insurance because we exercise moderately and pride ourselves on being generally healthy.
In 2019, a friend of ours was hospitalized due to COVID-19, and we were afraid that it could happen to us, so we joined the Christian Medical Association. After joining, I started getting regular health checkups, and this spring, my husband was diagnosed with early-stage colon cancer during a comprehensive checkup in Korea.
This is when I once again experienced the God who gives the best, the God who prepares. Whenever I contacted the Christian Medical Relief Association, all of them were so kind and helpful in counseling and helping me. At first, I paid the monthly gift (membership fee) with the intention of just donating, but it turned out to be a great financial help during our experience, so I share the stability and benefits of the Christian Medical Relief Association with everyone I meet.
I've been a member of the church for over 15 years, but it's only been two years since I've been faithful and put my hope in heaven. I'm so happy to be a child of God. God gives us trials sometimes, but He uses them to train and prepare us for what is best for us, so that we can look forward to the sweet grace that comes afterward.
I just want to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am for all of the members who are involved in the sharing ministry and all of the people who work at the Christian Medical Relief Society. My heart is so much warmer when I get off the phone with them. Thank you, thank you, thank you. May God's grace and blessings be with you always. Be safe and healthy always.
